Direct and Online Purchases:
All returns/exchanges/refunds must be approved in advance. Garments may be exchanged for another size or style or refunded (excluding shipping charges), within 30 days from date of purchase.
Exchanged garments must be returned unwashed, unworn, and unperfumed with tags intact and attached. All returns must include Sales receipt or proof of purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days to process returns.

Certain online garments and accessories are sold as "all sales final." All “Sale” items are considered “Final Sale” and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced items that has left our fulfillment center and in the possession of the Postal courier or has been “confirmed delivered” by the Postal courier.
There are no refunds for shipped items that are still “in transit” and/or “delivery delayed”.
